Refunds and Cancellation

Paid plans include a 14 day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your plan begins and you are charged the plan price at the end of the trial, then on each renewal.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and it is not cut off immediately. By default we do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a period after a cancellation.

If you believe your situation warrants a refund, for example a billing error or a charge you did not expect, contact us at [email protected] and we will review it in good faith. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under applicable law.
